Does anyone have any information on walter whitney and Elizabeth Kinsey around 1800?

There was a Walter Whitney with wife Elizabeth ----- who resided in Bryngwyn, Radnorshire in 1841 - see http://wiki.whitneygen.org/wrg/index.php/Family:Whitney%2C_Walter_(c1786-a1841)
