Born 1925, daughter of Edward an Irish ploiceman, sister of Mary, who died in 1994 or 1995. Margaet Patricia appeared as an extra in "the Red Shoes" in 1947 or 1948 and a film called "Captain Boycott" traveled a lot we belive.....went 10th May 1952 to Sydney from Tilbury London on SS Orion, as a showgirl

You will find Margaret Patricia Doucey was born 1924 in Lanark. Her sister, Mary Eveleen, was born 1922 and registered in both Lanark and nearby Hamilton.
There is a marriage for an Edward Doucey to a Maragrette Cullen in 1921 Lanark. This would fit with the above births of the two women.
Only the marriage is available to view online (at a small cost) at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk, so if you want to be 100% sure, you would need to order one of the two birth extracts at a cost of £10.

These are the right people, but other records suggest Marget was born in 1925 not 1924. The problem is tracing Margaret after 1952. Thanks anyway for you input
