Yes I am.
I've just tried to log in but it rejected me, so, thinking I had got my password wrong I asked for a reminder. Now it doesn't recognise my email address >:( I know I'm using the right one!

Hi All

I have the same problem. I normally access Ancestry via Family Tree Maker and don't have to put in my username and password. Today it is asking for log in details and when I put it in it just goes to home page but doesn't recognise me.

I'm just glad it is not only me!!!

Similar problem about two weeks ago.  I reported the prob. by email and they sent me my old screen name and a new passport!!
Since then everything seems OK!

Hi

Do you all logout of Ancestry each time you have finished?

I stay permanently logged in so never have any problems - same with Rootschat

The only time I have to login to either is if I do a clearout and delete all stored passwords

never have logged out, but today it asked to login, so as so many have had to do it,
assume its their end

The problem seems to have resolved it self quite quickly .. it wasn't anything to do with logging out .. for some unknown reason it logged me out, when I tried to log back in .. the page refreshed, but straight back to the log in page again.

As les_looking has said, it must have been a temporary blip at their end .. no matter, it was soon resolved .. !  :)

It didn't effect everyone. I had no problems and was using Ancestry at the time
