Post by: 2tone on Wednesday 12 August 09 16:48 BST (UK)
I already had some help from you good people thankyou, but i need to find out about a SARAH WINTER- she was a nurse in Jacksonville Illinois but died in 1909 in Jacksonville i think. She was from Ireland possibly Tipperary.
Her son , John Richard Winter who emigrated out to where she lived in Jacksonville about 1900, I dont know what ship he arrived on or if he came straight from Ireland or  via Liverpool  but dont know where to look, John came from Tipperary, but had a job in Dublin as a bookeeper for a company called Freeman.
John was born 24.06 i think 1870 and died in Chicago 1.10.1915
