I have a very unusual surname Mustarde,also spelled Mustard. Interested in all families with this surname especially Mustards from Scotland. I trace my line back to John Mustard of Glamis. Angus 1640. I have a large database of information on this surname,would be interested to hear from any other Mustards out there. The name was in use in Scotland as far back as the 1500's in Arbroath. I have almost the complete computer index 1600 through 1900 from Scotlands Registry office on this surname,complete Mustard 1881 Scots census,1891 Mustard complete census index and information on lots of Mustard families.

I'm a US Mustard - or at least my great-great grandmother was. This line traces back to John Mustard, b 1715, d 1759 in Sussex, Delaware (USA) but nothing before that that I have been able to discover.

I don't suppose this has any relevance and is probably a clerical error. Elizabeth Musther b 1795 Baptised 29th August 1795 at High Worsall Yorkshire d/o Wm MUSTARD and Elizabeth Dale.
William b 1758 and baptised 9.7.1758 at Yarm, N Yorks.
