I am looking for a Eleanor May Pritchard born Sept qtr 1885 Crickhowell in the 1891 census to try to establish who her parents and siblings were?
She married a Hubert Stevens in Crickhowell in Sept. qtr 1904. His father was an Anthony Stevens a school master born Newport.
Would love any information on these families.
Thank you for any help given.

Well, I'm not having any luck finding Charles and Elizabeth in 1891, or W S and C J in 1901. What troubles me is that I can't find another girl with initials E M registered in Crickhowell ca. 1885 ???

I am wondering if it is Eleanor in 1901 as she was still there and married in 1904 and she did name one of her sons Sidney. Gives place of birth as Gilvern Mon on 1911 census and still in Abergavenny.
Many many thanks for all your help.

Address for 1911 census Cwm House Ynsygath Clydach Llanelly. Does this help?

I agree the 1901 looks like the girl registered in Crickhowell 1885 eventhough the 1891 census is a puzzle.
But if she gives a Monmouthshire birth place, would it have been registered in Crickhowell?? Genuki isn't helping, it doesn't seem to find Gilvern at all.

Google Gilvern and click on Bridgend Inn. It gives a little map of the area.

I now believe that it is Elenor who was in Forge Row is the correct one. I have had it confirmrd that the family lived in Forge Row at one time.
