Title: Graham, Wm. Henry: Fermanagh to Canada
Post by: Karen52 on Sunday 04 July 10 22:58 BST (UK)
My ancestor, William Henry Graham b. 1794 (said to be Fermanagh) immigrated to Canada prior to 1824. His son James Sweet Graham was born at Athol, Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada
Does anyone have any Graham ancestors who look like this guy?

You need the name of the Townland were they came from in Fermanagh, you could get in touch with Central Library Letterkenny, Oliver Plunkett Road, Letterkenny, County Donegal, they have ship records.
Have a look on www.census.nationalarchives.ie or www.askaboutirland.ie/griffith-valution/index.xml
it will give you lots of places in Fermangh, you might see a name that looks familiar.
a Jane Graham married on of the Allingham in 1865 from Durmrush in Fermanagh, Graham living in Drumruch in 1911 on the census.

Hello. New to Roots and saw your question about a Graham from the Fermanagh area. Also looking for info on a Graham family, possibly from same area. Thomas Graham (born 1823) his wife Jane McLaughlin (born 1827- Scotland?), their son James Graham (born 1856) is my link to the Graham name in Ireland. James emigrated to the States, married in 1886 and died by 1888, both in Chippewa Falls, WI. Any info you may have on the Graham name would be helpful. Thanks, Pete
