Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any information on my grandfather, Milton Joseph Kemp.
He was born in Windsor NSW Australia on 6th october in 1898. He had a son Brian and daughter Norma,possibly another son Peter.
Hoping someone can help with any info at all.

MILTON JOSEPH KEMP joined in 1917 aged only 18. He was a railway porter and his father was his Next of Kin.-Edward Kemp.
You will get some addresses for MILTON over the years. In 1919 he got the Spanish flu while on leave.
His enlisment tell that his mother is dead.

Hi Normax,
Milton married Hilda Grace HAYES in 1920 at Young in NSW, and they were divorced in 1931. There is another marriage in 1939 which might be a remarriage for Milton, so you could be looking for children from two different marriages.
Milton's father Edward died in 1939 and you can see his death and funeral notices here:

There are probably other notices for your family on this site so have a look around - that should keep you busy for awhile!
From the info on Edward's death notice and death registration, it appears that he was born in NSW, the son of Peter KEMP and Sophia HUXLEY, but it is advisable to purchase a transcription of his marriage certificate to make sure you are on the right track. You can search the NSW BDM site on the link that Sue has given you to find the other children of Peter and Sophia and Edward and Alice.

The marriage notice for BRIAN found by LEANNE indicates that BRIAN's mother remarried.

I am very sorry but we have lost contact with cathy some years ago, it looks like she has changed email address but sadly we do not know what the new one is. Cathy has tried to access her profile by requesting a new password but they bounced back as we only have her old email address registered.
