hello, I was wondering if anyone has got any old photos or information of Spencer Butler or his family.They were travellers who lived and travelled around the Forest of Dean.The family were of Smith and Butlers surname, My great grandad was born in 1884 and his parents were Matthew Butler and Leah Butler (nee Smith).Spencer Butler was also in world war 1. I doubt there will be any photos but its always worth asking because you never know. Thankyou Alison Bridges.

Hi Alison my mothers maiden name was butler her mothers name was Dora butler and I believe my grandmother was a smith. We came from cinderford and were travelers.
