Post by: lilybell on Thursday 11 November 10 05:33 GMT (UK)

A searchable database of 11,000 war dead is launched. It contains entries on casualties from
peacekeeping, missions,The Boer War,the World Wars and the conflicts in Korea and Afghanistan.
The site commemorates people who died, who were born or living  there  when they enlisted.

Hi Anne,

Thank you for your reply hope I posted it to the right area.

Have searched for a couple of family members  and found it to be a very well done website.

Hello J.J.

Sorry if you think that I  posted it on the wrong category, but was it really.

As I had not heard from the Moderator that it was being moved to a new category thought nothing more of it until you commented on it. This was posted on Nov 11/2010.
