Dear Valsgirl
are there any gaps in the research for this family, sometimes if we are looking for things you are more likely to find some common trees.

Have you tried places like oldfriends.co.nz for family?

Bye

Thanks Althea,
The dates I've written above, are all I have for the Perrys. Isaac was wounded in WW2, sent to England, married an England woman & died in England. 2nd son Robt died WW2 - single. As NZbdm dates online are too early for marriages or any children's births for Francis William Perry jnr. Thomas Crutchley Perry, or Ida jnr. I can't think of a way to move on through these folk. I have checked Paperspast to no avail. Again, thanks for taking time to respond to my query. Valsgirl

Following suggestions from Althea, & a very obliging Funeral Director, I have been able to fit the pieces of this puzzle together. I'd contacted Funeral Directors & Cemeteries many times before, and had no reply or an unsatisfactory response to my basic query. The moral - Never give up, somedays you are lucky!
Now if only I could work out how to put this Perry query in the "Thanks very much Completed" file. Valsgirl

Hello Elle,
Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We've been overseas for 7 weeks.
My interest in the Crutchley clan stems from Frank (Francis William Perry 1889 - 1961) marrying Ida Margaret Crurchley. Frank was my Grandfather, William Bingham's cousin & they both emigrated to Wellington NZ. from Kilkeel, Nth. Ireland.
I suspect Robert & Frances Crutchley are buried in Kilkeel. There's a Crutchley grave (stone just marked Crutchley) in Mourne Presbyterian Church graveyard - view on the site
  tracingyourmourneroots.com
Church records should tell you which family members lie there.
We have visited Kilkeel twice, "rattling bones" and the townsfolk are happy to tell you everything (and more!) about your Kilkeel roots. Please send me a personal mail as I'm sure we will be able to swap information.
Cheers, Valsgirl
