Hi All,
I have recently discovered that my Grandparents are buried in Bebington (Town Lane) cemetery.
The details I have are Section C of E "I", plot 1312.
Buried in the Grave are:
Date of Interment Name Age
23.08.1911 Dylis Mary Reid 14 months
18.11.1925 Mary Reid 49 yrs
30.11.1939 Jessica Gwendoline Smart 32 yrs
08.05.1941 Mavis Joy Reid 28 yrs
09.04.1956 Robert William Reid 77 yrs
20.06.1980 Arnold Neville David Reid 74 yrs
I am hoping that some kind soul might be able to visit the cemetery and take some photographs of the grave, perhaps also photographs of the grave in relation to it's location within that particular section and maybe even make notes as to directions to finding it within the section.
I know it is a huge ask, and I am hoping that I am not being greedy, but my health precludes me ever visiting the grave and I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me with this. My family are now all in Australia and I would like to provide them with these details and photographs so that future generations will know.
My very best regards
Colin

Hi Alan,
I have no idea what I could say that will express my heartfelt appreciation of your efforts.
A simple thank you does not convey my appreciation but will have to suffice.
Very best Regards
Colin

hi there, this is FAO Alan M , my husband and i were at this cemetery today while visiting relatives, looking for a grave of my husbands great great aunt Mary Ann Gray, but in section J plot 235, unfortunatly we were unsuccessful in locating the grave, so i tried to see if i could find something on the internet and came accross this posting and was amazed to see you had found the plot numbers for section I, i clicked the link to the national archives but was unsure if this was where you had found the image, we would be ever so grateful if you could help us find where we could find the information we need, we have researched my husband ancestors back to 1792 and this would be a great if we could actually find where this reletives resting place is.
many thanks x

I am sorry i do not have a grave plan for that section
If you are still in the erea go to offices in Landican cemetery Woodchurch. or ring them 0151 677 2361 and if there is a plot plan of that section they will give you a copy.As you have a plot and grave number they will also be able to tell you if anyone else is intered in the grave.
They do not have plot plans for all the sections but they are the plots around the back wall as far as i can remember.
If you can find a recent headstone in that erea the plot number is on the back of the headstone it might help if they do not have a plan of that section.
Hope this helps.
Regards Alan
