Has anyone information on Harold Bamping died 26/3/1988
and buried in the Evergreen Cemetery with his wife Lillie
died 27/4/1959.
The cemetery must be near Painesville Ohio

What sort of info are you looking for?
According to the Social Security Death Index, he was born 27th March, 1901 and his last residence was 44124,Cleveland,Cuyahoga,Ohio.
From the 1930 census says he was born in England, looks like he arrived in the US in 1922 and was naturalised in 1939.

According to the latest available English census Harold was born in Southport Lancashire. He isn't with his parents and seems to be a patient in maybe a hospital, not sure about this.

According to the 1930 census Harold and Lille were married at age 26 years. Lillie had immigrated in 1921 and both had applied for Naturalization.

There was a birth registered in January 1901 (9c789) who appears to be the daughter of Herbert Sanderson and Blanche Threadgold.
Blanche Sanderson. (widowed|) aged 43 years appears on a New York Passenger List 19 Dec 1921

Thank you all for the information I have a lot to look into
Harold Bamping mother was Evelyn Jones and is my Great Great Grandmother niece born 1877.
Evelyn Bamping name was mentioned on a will with the rest
of the Jones Family. So I was looking to find out information on Evelyn.
Evelyn son Harold Bamping arrived in USA on a ship called Sevthia on the 22 Oct 1922.
There is a little mystery about a Evelyn Bamping shown crossing the border from Canada on 24/4/1938 into the USA
The only problem is they list the person as being male which I think is a mistake. The rest of the information telly's with my Evelyn Jones.

Yes, that does look like an error - Evelyn and Harry appear to have been on a visit. They both return to the UK 6th September 1938 - Montreal Quebec to Manchester on the Manchester Commerce. Returning to 92 Lidern Street. Weaste. Manchester.

Hi there, greeting from the UK, can I help? Harold G Bamping born 27/3/ 1901, Southport, Lancashire was my 2nd cousin 2x removed. Brief History;
born 27/3/1901 in Southport, Lancashire, emigrated to USA leaving Liverpool o 12/10/1922. On 11/6/1927 he married Lillie Sanderson in Ohio. She was on the same ship as him when he emigrated so perhaps it was a shipboard romance.
Harold's parents were Henry Bamping born 1870 in Pendleton, Lancashire and Evelyn Jones 1847.
His grandparents were Edward Bamping born 1843 in Liverpool, Lancs and Jane Catherine Embley 1847.
His Great Grandparents were Henry Bamping born 1806 in London and Elizabeth Mollard also 1806 again in London. (the 1841 census shows them as being born in Liverpool but this is in accurate, the 1841 census being the first one does have a lot on inaccuracies! However birth and baptism records show them as being born in London.
Great, great Grandparents were John Bamping born 1767 in London and Mary Hall born 1768 in Berkshire. Here the trail runs out as there are no records at all for the surname Bamping. In fact I could not locate a birth record for John Bamping but did find one for a John Bampkin and we believe that at some stage John changed his surname to Bampkin (research on this goes on!)
In fact anyone with the surname Bamping comes from John and Mary and their four children.
