Hi

I wonder if anyone with access to the parish registers of Screveton could look up Samuel HICKMAN. He married Sarah PEARSON on 9 May 1714 in Flintham. The marriage record says that he is from the parish of Screaton (sic).

I searched Screveton baptisms from 1689 - 1700 but couldn't see any HICKMAN's.

Thanks very much. Back to the drawing board! I know that the HICKMANs were in Flintham and then the branch that I am interested in moved to Oxton.
