On the Irish 1901/1911 Census there are many variations of Campbell
Have you tried these Cambell, Cambill, Camble, Campell, etc?
You can use the wild card Cam* to try

What age was John in 1901?
Is Elizabeth his wife?

Have you searched 1901 and 1911 census for Elizabeth? (this would give you an idea of her age)

Is John Campbell Elizabeth's father? Marriage certificates don't always indicate if a father is already deceased. Any idea what religion teh family would have been? The only John Campbell in Co. Roscommon in 1901 that I could find who is possibly old enough to be Elizabeth's father is this one-

I was just going to ask the same questions as Aghadowey.

Do you have Elizabeth in 1911 - is she definitely born in Roscommon?

"Ognlla" would be the townland of Ogulla in Ogulla civil parish (Strokestown Poor Law Union).

I think the place is Ogulla- there are no Campbells there though in 1901.

However and whether this has any bearing on this matter, I don't know.

1901 census has a Reynolds family at house no 15 Bridge Street Strokestown - Kate though is only 9 yrs so won't be the witness
There is a Campbell family at house no 13 Bridge Street. The mother Anne is a widow.

There is a birth though on Family Search for a Michael (similar age to the one in this household and the parents are Charles and Anne  :-\)

I was wondering about her husband's name also  :)

See here to read about Poor Law Unions- (in Ireland most of the PLUs are the same as the civil registration district):

Michael on family search was a Campbell not a Banahan.
.
Where are Elizabeth and Thomas in 1901 and 1911?

There is a Michael, unmarried with parents Thomas and Mary in 1901, living Annaghbeg, Annaghmore which I think is the right area

There is a birth registration for an Eliza Campbell 1872 Stroketown registration district volume 8 page 427.
https://www.familysearch.org/#form=advanced-records

Even better is the extracted birth record-
Eliza Campbell born 30 Apr.1872 Rooskey (district?), Co. Roscommon (page 427 in register)- parents John Campbell and Mary McConville
