Title: Alexander Laidlaw served during World War I?
Post by: Torwoodlee on Saturday 17 September 11 22:33 BST (UK)
Hello

I would like to find out if my great great uncle Alexander Laidlaw served during World War I.  He was born on the 27 June 1879 in Galashiels, his father was William Laidlaw and his mother was Mary Laidlaw (nee Alexander).

Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi  :)

I've not checked the WW1 records yet but thought I'd draw your attention to this thread:

Hi again

I've checked the available online records and can't see him with any of the available defining info.

Sorry.
