Looking for the family of Samual Maltby Wilson and Ethel Emily Wilson nee Harrison
married 1919 England. arrived NZ the same year. They went and lived in Kaitangata Otago.
1. Where can I find out how many children they had?
2. Childrens names?
3. Whether children married and also had children?

There was also one born in Yorkshire in 1870 :)
I have found two possible children of Ethel and samuel by looking in the Electoral roll - have to use 1946 because this makes the children old enough to vote.
I will send their names by pm as they may still be alive. Then you can look for their marriages.

I see on Archives that Samuel Maltby Wilson is mentioned twice. One with a Probate of 1962, which might include children. The other is for Military Service, which has been digitised, which you can download.

Just in case....... the surname was carried down as a christian name...
There was a Lt Edward Maltby !!!!! married in Sri Lanka in 1834 married Susannah White. They both died in Whangarei. Edward in 1894 and Susannah in 1907.
This may be a red herring but there may be a connection somewhere
