I don't know if previous posts solved your problem. There is a town land in the Rosmuc area of Connemara County Galway which is spelt as Garafin or Gorofin

There's also a Corofin in Co Galway (as well as in Co Clare)
Corofin (Irish: Cora Finne) is a village and parish in County Galway, Ireland, situated on the N17 road between Galway City and Tuam.
