her father William BEATTIE, a farmer, named her in his will
as my daughter Penelope married to Andrew M?r?r?t carrier in Bervie.
William Beattie died June 1854, his wife Isobel KENNEDY died May 1857
both at Brawliemuir, Benholm.
Another daur Helen was married to John Wilson at nearby Craig-head.
the eldest son Charles BEATTIE assumed the running of the farm on his fathers death.
Can any one assist in finding Penelope's whereabouts such as BDM ?

the IGI has andrew mowat and penuel beattie marriage 9th dec. 1827 benholm kincardineshire
SP has penelope mowat(other surname beattie) death 1898 bervie kincardine(shire) born c1810
freeCEN website has penny mowat age 25 living in bervie in 1841
also penual mouat age 39 in cowgate bervie in 1851
it does not look like andrew and penelope had any children

widow of Andrew Mowat, carter.

Does Anyone know of a Grave and MI for her Husband?
I did not find his particular death in Kincardineshire 1855 to 2009.
