Title: *Completed* Info required for an IGI batch number
Post by: wonkiewidge on Thursday 26 January 12 19:53 GMT (UK)
Hi,

This relates to another post of mine relating to the marriage of William England X Martha Harper in Bristol. Not having been able to find their marriage, I am now trying to find the baptism of his bride in the vain hope that I might find that they married in the brides parish.

I've found a possible match on the IGI.

Martha Harper baptised 25 Dec 1798 father William, mother Martha, in Bristol.

Where in Bristol it doesn't say. The batch number is    C017184.

I cannot find any information out about where this batch covers. Either it's not there, or I'm being dense (probably the latter)  ;D

Can anyone tell me where this batch covers?

I shall also put this post on the England general page.

Linda

Hello Stan,

Thank you for that.

Easy when you know how.  ;D

I always thought you had to search the batch numbers as in Hugh Wallis' site.

Now I know different.
