Hi Valerie,
This reply is actually to your email to me received earlier today: matth364: Kincardinshire graveyards. Many thanks! For some reason, there is no reply button on that message, I'm denied access and don't know why. Perhaps you can help as I'm new to this forum and can't see anything in the help section either specific to my problem.
So I wanted you to know that I'd love it if you could go to Fettercairn kirkyard sometime. I'm looking for my grandmother Jane Stuart Grant Smith, wife of Charles Smith, maltman at distillery, who died on Sept. 1 1892 at Balbegno Cottages age 37. Colin Milne has looked through his records, another family member has looked through their copy of the kirkyard record that they were given a few years ago, and no-one seems to have her in their records. If you can confirm that personally, I'd be eternally grateful, then I will look further afield. Many thanks, Jean

Hi
I think you have to make a certain number of posts before you can use send a personal message.
I'll get over to Fettercairn cemetery sometime during the summer and let you know how I get on.
Best wishes
Valerie
