I dont know if you can help, I have a copy of my grandfather's WW1 medical record & cannot work out what is written. I know you normally would deal with more antiquated documents. Regards Trish
-
Could you scan the document for us to have a look at?

Healed scar on BS? front of L. thigh through which L.femoral aneurism was ? revised or excised - oedema L.calf.
8.11.18 ? aneurism ? and wound sutured.
20.2.17 FB ( foreign body ) removed from R.leg and ? sequest.... done
17.9.17 Second op. inscision for drainage ? GSW R. leg ? ant..... of tibia.
Part......
I hope that helps a little bit and someone can fill in the gaps.I will leave this even though Danuslave and I agree on most things!!

I was working on this while danuslave and nainmaddie were posting and have come to a very similar transcription.
I think it's excised rather than revised in both cases and the word after tibia is 'fractured' or something similar.
Poor chap, that all sounds really painful.

I'll go with excised :)
Didn't think of Foreign Body
Nice to know we're all more or less agreed

Just a quick comment, the BS on the first line will be the initials of the MO because of the amendment.
