Hello am new to geneology and wanted to know if Hovel and Cornelius were armigers an how do I go about finding their family crests and coats of arms... Cornelius is Austrian I know and Hovel I am thinking is English but am not quite sure

Hi.
My Sister in Law is connected to  HOVELL and our search on the name proved it came from France as Hauvell and De Haville (many variants)
