Am seeking descendants and ancestors of the following family:
William Robertson married Christina Mcpherson. Their daughter Christina was born circa 1825. Unfortunately I am very stuck with this line and have no idea where William and Christina were from. I found their names on their daughter's death notice.
Christina Robertson married Andrew Watson and they had, (all born in Glasgow):
James Robertson Watson b 25 Jul 1854
Jane Robertson Watson b 13 Sep 1856
Andrew Robertson Watson b 02 Sep 1858
Christina Robertson Watson b 03 Aug 1860
Christina Robertson, spouse of Andrew Watson died 17 Aug 1860, shortly after the birth of her last child.
I don't believe Andrew remarried as the future censuses show him as a widower, and the only other adult in the dwelling being a housekeeper.
Can anyone help? Thanks!
Moderator Comment: I have moved this to Lanarkshire for now as this is where daughter Christina lived her life. We can move this later if appropriate :)

Hi
This is the Watson/Robertson marriage

The 1851 census shows Christina was born Glasgow - no children at that time

Thank you for that Carole,
I have managed to find a fair amount on the Watson's, but my Robertson info is scarce.

With a Glasgow birth for Christina Robertson (and variants), have you tried finding her in 1841?

Did her death certificate state if her parents were still alive?
