Hi again,
I am after some nice kind chatter to help me with a marriage please.....not mine ;)....my great, great Uncle Harry's! :D
On the 1911 census he and his wife state they have been married 23 years so they were probably married around 1888. They had two children Martha in 1889 and Ethel in 1892.
Harry was born 1867 in Warwickshire but spent most of his life in Northamptonshire (his parents were from Draughton) and his wife Emma was born about 1862 in Stanion. I can not find there marriage (I am assuming there was one!) I wondered if someone out there could help me please?
Many thanks as always

I've been to them and it is still hit and miss :)
Actually I do think that sometimes it is the sites that don't always bring up all results in one hit. Well that's my story!

I'm liking your story.....think I will borrow it! ;)
To be honest you have a point, I've searched and searched before then the following day the answer pops up straight away!! :)
