Title: Barker/Woodfine 1840s/50s Chelmsford
Post by: stewart_M on Tuesday 31 May 05 23:20 BST (UK)
Does anyone have any family links back to the Chelmsford hamlets of Moulsham, Danbury and Great Baddow from the early 1800s as I have traced part of family back there.  The surnames are Barker and Woodfine.

I've just trawled through the 1851 census for Moulsham and uncovered more of the family and which have raised a few interesting questions regarding the marital conduct of my g/g/g/grandparents!
