Hi Im looking for marriage records for America the whole lot of America is there a General Reg office that covers the whole America and has all marriage records on computer for the whole lot of America

Each U.S. state keeps its own records. Some will have online records or indexes and others will be much more restricted as to who is even allowed to purchase records.
www.familysearch.org has many U.S. records only- select 'United States' and then select the state to see what they have in their database.
Some state also have their own websites with indexes and/or scanned images.
Do you have any particular states/period in mind?
