Try www.artus-familyhistory.com/source/Early%20Maps.html they have lots of old maps of Manchester, you may have to look at an earlier or later map than 1903 and if you can't find what you are looking for you can always e-mail them.

If you look on the 1930s map, and section 2B you'll find it there.

The 1:500 Town Plan shows all the detail of the houses.

It seems to come up as 2c Manchester Salford 1930, but the road is in the large red square numbered 2B. If you go along Oldham Road following it upwards to the right, where it starts at 2B you'll see Portugal St running parallel to Oldham Road and that leads to Prussia St which in itself leads to Oldham Road. I would add an image, but I guess it's not allowed.

Go ahead. There are no restrictions on my part for copying and posting from the maps.

OK, here is part of the map. If mafiacls looks at the map and by the M of Oldham Rd, they will see Portugal St. Follow Portugal Street parallell with Oldham Rd it will run into Prussia St, which also has a junction with Oldham St.

Archives+ at Manchester Central Reference Library have a very nice large scale map of that part of Manchester made in 1893, showing Prussia Street very clearly and in great detail.
The physical map is in my opinion better than anything I have ever found online, but I am no expert at finding things online.
I think they only have these fantastic big maps for 1840 and 1893, but I could be wrong. There may also be later maps, but maybe not anything in between these dates.

That will be the 1/500 Town plan that I gave the link to in reply #14

Thanks for the map showing Prussia Street.
My Clulo family were living there in 1881 census.
Also I notice Heath Street where they lived when my late mother was born in 1912.
