I am looking for a report on the accidental death of Percy V Jacquest aged 4 at Milton Ernest in June 1926. Any help appreciated. I presume Bedford Library has archived copies of local papers? Thanks

There is a list of the Bedfordshire newspapers here:
http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/BDF/Misc/Newspapers/index.html
It says "See the County Council website for an up-to-date list of Bedford Record Office Holdings of Newspapers."
I searched the index to British Newspapers 1710-1950 on FindMyPast. There were 4 hits for Jacquest 1925-27, but not Percy. I don't think they have many beds paper in the index yet

Paul
