Hello
I am researching the Murrells of Tasmania. In particular I am hoping someone may be able to help me with some information about Charles Murrell and his wife Elizabeth Tyrrell (c1823-1910). I would greatly appreciate any help with the birth place, birth date, parents names and place of marriage for Charles and Elizabeth. I know they settled in Castle Forbes Bay and Shipwrights Point, Tasmania and had several children.
Thanks in advance

I wonder if there is a death to find for James CATTON?

Brand new member, excited to have found such a helpful group! I am also researching the Murrell's in Tasmania (among others) but looking for more recent information about Lionel Douglas, or Douglas Lionel. Both seem to exist and I can't tease out whether they are two different men or one. I've found cohabitation (no marriage records) with Rita Murrell, Betty Murrell (formerly Spikesman nee Norton) and newspaper records of a divorce from Marnie Linda Murrell. I can't find any conflicting Electoral Roll entries for Lionel/Douglas so I'm a bit stumped. Looking forward to tapping the wisdom here in the future!
