Hello wonderful people!
I am now branching out a bit with the HIgginson family. I am looking to find what happened to Harriet Maud Higginson Thomas.
She was b. 1875 in Drumshambo
She married in 1903 to William Thomas (this by the way was a double wedding as her sister Jane Sophia m John Wallace at the same time, place and date!)
She appears on the 1911 census as working as a servant to John Winder in Dublin and her daughter Charlotte is back in Leitrim with Granny Jane Tymon.
I have tried searching for a death but no luck. I believe William died in 1908 or so.
I am also trying find the death of Jane Tymon Higginson - again no luck.
Any help is very much appreciated!

I FOUND all of them!! Wahoo!!!
Harriet, her daughters Harriet Jane, Charlotte and son John all emigrated to CANADA!!!!
That's where I am!!
AND ... they are all buried 45 minutes from where I live!!!
NO ONE in the family ever knew they emigrated!!
The sad thing is Harriet's niece, my grandmother, came to visit us in the '70's and all were still living at the time but they never knew .... oh, so sad.
I visted the cemetery last July with my mum - Harriet's g gr niece - took some photos .
Small world, eh??
