Hello - I am looking for any information on a James Lenehan marrying a Margaret Reidy - date unknown however they had a "son Patrick baptised March 1835 Killuran" - information provided by relative, not necessarily fact. The lady looking for this information has searched the County Clare Library site extensively and not found any relevant information. Any assistance or direction will be greatly appreciated. Pay to view sites and Family Search have not provided any clues either.
Thank you, Robert

Thank you for the spelling correction - Killuran was how it was written on the information I was given. So I will now use your spelling and hopefully make some progress.
Thanks again,

Dear Dathai and Palea,
Thank you both for your posts. Not having any previous need to research in Ireland - all the posts here have provided food for thought. I consider a 'no result' as a positive as it means I must be getting closer to the goal.
Thanks - off to look over the links etc.

in some parishes its was the custom that first born be baptised in the parish where mother came from. where was Margaret Reidy from. The Reidy name appears for Dangan Tulla and this is not far from coolnahilla Killuran. Is there a chance thees might be your Reidy?
regards palea.

Palea, thank you so much and as Dathai says a great find. I applaud your research skills for this information.
Dathai - yes that is indeed Patrick (son of) and we did believe he did marry Australia.
You both have made a number of people extremely grateful.
Thank you, Robert
