Title: Clarence Hudson Brayn b.1881

Clarence Brayn was my g.uncle and I can't find any record of his death. I can find his birth in 1881 and his marriage to Charlotte Reed in 3rd quarter 1925 at Chester. I also found his wife's death in Chester in Dec 1949.  I think he outlived his wife but I'm not certain.  I use Ancestry to do my research and am wondering if I'd have better luck on another site. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wonder if the GRO index has the first name wrong  :-\
