I'm looking for James Greig and his wife Marion Eddington who were married in Dirleton in 1805. He was a blacksmith, any help would be appreciated.

Hi
I'm not sure what info you want but this looks like James in 1841:
Dirleton
James Greig, 67, Blk Smith, b. Scotland
Janet Greig, 30, b. East Lothian
Unfortunately the 1841 didn't give realtionships but Janet could be a daughter.

Some online trees have James born 7 Nov 1773 and dying Edinburgh 19 Aug 1853. Parents given as David Greig and Christian Kesson (this fits with children's names) Marion down as b. 1785.
The trees can be viewed at Mundia.com but the info would need checking as many give inaccurate information.
