WILTON CEMETERY- HAWICK  Lair Compartment G, number 1117

Lair Compartment G, number 1117 was purchased by Robert Russell Brunton.

Interments are as follows:-

Date of Interment: 27th June 1877 – Agnes Moffat or Brunton, widow of Robert Brunton, 9 Wilton Crescent, died aged 51 years

Date of Interment: 14th November 1878 - Agnes Moffat Brunton, died in Melrose Asylum, aged 29 years

Date of Interment: 23rd February 1917 - Elizabeth Brunton, Housekeeper, 17A Lothian Street, died aged 69 years.

Robert Russell Brunton was the son of Agnes Moffat, born 1852. He was buried in the Red Sea on his way to New Zealand.

Try Scottish Borders Council - Burial Services - they might get you a location - they hold the Lair Books, etc - easier with a number
