Only seeking the parents(and their mrge) of Thomas Rixon who was baptized at Pwllcrochan on the 29th July 1800. No further information whatsoever is required on this family.
If anyone has the baptism of Ann Row(e) and her parents it would be appreciated. Ann mrd Thomas Rixon of Pwllcrochan at Steynton on the 28th Oct 1827. She says she was born at Monkton, but from my transcription of the parish registers of Monkton St Nicholas her baptism did not take place there (nor St Mary or St Michael). A Richard & Ann Row had two children baptized at Monkton around the right time.
This info will finally ‘put to bed’ my 4th book on the Headstones and Memorials of Park Street and save me having to visit the R.O. late in the week in between hospitals. It will also allow me to turn the full attention to my 5th book on the headstones of the ‘Garrison Cemetery’, incorrectly termed “The British Military Cemetery” P.D.
