Title: Marriage of Ralph Shiell & Helen MacDougal around 1814 around Kelso

I am trying to verify the marriage of a Ralph Shiell (various spellings) & Helen McDougall - they had 2 children baptised in Kelso - Helen, baptised 24 Sep 1815 & Andrew, baptised 9 Feb 1817.  They subsequently moved south to Northumberland.  On the 1841 England census the family were all living in Newcastle (transcripted as Shields) and Ralph was a 'Sawyer'.  Can anyone help me find their marriage?
