Hi,
Another possibility. Hamilton LEVINGSTON married Margaret Thompson in Waringstown Church of Ireland, Lurgan District, Co Down on 19 Jan 1872. The fathers' names were William Levingston and James Thompson.
Regards
-
Another speculative possibility, there is the following reference (source not given) to Hamilton's father being called Thomas:
http://genforum.genealogy.com/brown/messages/41248.html
If you haven't got Hamilton's 1883 marriage to Emily Willey, then, as advised on the other thread, you really ought to, for it should provide the father's name.
If it is Thomas, be aware of the following false lead in my notes (ie. I have a County Down Brown in my family, the following turned out not to be related). Namely, a Hamilton Brown baptised in 1848 in Comber, father Thomas was a gardener (the occupation of your Hamilton Levenson in the 1891 England census), the mother's forename was Isabella.

Many Thanks to all who have been wonderful with there help will follow all information up and see what else I can come up with.

Now that you have made at least two postings, you should be able to contact Mike784 using the PM (Personal Message) system. If his e-mail notification system is still active, he should receive and reply to your personal message, where you can swap e-mail addresses and other information.
Just click (in the dark brown bar at the top) on 'My Messages' then 'Send a Message'.
