Title: 1861/1871 census please
Post by: sunflower on Sunday 06 April 14 18:53 BST (UK)
Hi

Richard Perkins married Harriett Kendrick in Birmingham in 1823. I have found them in 1841 and 1851 but can't seem to find them in 1861 or 1871.  Richard was born c 1798 and Harriett in 1804.

1851
Richard Perkins    52
Harriet Perkins    48
Matilda Perkins    25
George Perkins    20
Hannah Perkins    15
Mary Perkins    16
Maria Perkins    13
Emily Perkins    12
Edwin Perkins    7

Any sightings of them would be great
Thanks
Carol

Edit 19.02 - Sorry forgot to say Richard gives his birthplace as Birmingham and Harriett gives hers as Market Harborough.

Hi

Shouldn't this be on the Warwickshire board?

You can ask the moderator to move it for you so you don't have to post it again

When did they both die?  2 Richard Perkins deaths on freebmd between 1851-1861 but no ages

Have you checked out the Harriett Perkins marriages in 1855 &1856 in case she re-married?

Forget the 1855 marriage but the 1856 shows Harriett as a widow and she married Theodosius Walton occ carpenter.  No fathers names shown for either of them
