Pine Hills Cemetery is in Scarborough. Their website has contact information at the bottom.

Not all burials are online at findagrave, though some are.

According to the Toronto Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society, some early records for the "Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries" - which includes Pine Hills - are available on the familysearch site
