Hello trying to locate the bapts of above in Hinkley??????????
about 1816.The imfo was from 1861, at castle gate street, st nicholas, nottinghamshire, thankyou

There's a William Herbert whose baptism took place at St Mary in Hinckley on Christmas Day, 1819. His parents were William and Ann Herbert.

I think this is the JOSEPH Herbert, Son of Thomas/Elizabeth Baptised 1823;
Withe William/Jane Gutteridge born c 1793 and 1796
Joseph HERBERT, 30 (1821), Nephew, Unm, Grocers Shopman
All born Hinckley and living there also
So it is possible Ann/Elizabeth/William Gutteridge are all Siblings.

JOHN Herbert born c 1815 Hinckley is in Notts in 1851 Census with his Family
He remarries 1857 to Penelope Cooke but I cant find details of either Marriage to confirm Fathers name on-line.
