Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can do a lookup of Kenyon records for a baptism of a Jane Shulvard (or Solver) in Kenyon somewhere between the early 1630s and mid 1630s?
Many thanks!

I have a record from my bad old days when I did not record my sources I'm afraid, that my 8 x ggf James Shulver aka Sholverd born 1638 Kenton, Suffolk, had a sister Jane Shulvard, with a surmised birth date of 1640 (surmised to fit a 1 every two years birth pattern).
I have their parents James Shulvard and Elizabeth Key marrying 29 Nov 1627 in Kenton (I do have a note that LDS were a source for that).
I suspect my information is an amalgam of IGI / Ancestry / Cornelius tree, so make of it what you will.

Ahh...so its your research I'm seeing everywhere on a google of 'Shulvard' and 'Kenton' then! Nice to put a face (of sorts) to the name/research.
You seem to have done rather well at tracing the line. I've only just come across Jane Shulvard. She married John Fenn in 1673 and had kids from 1675-1784. She appears to die in 1716.
I'll try and trace the James Shulvard/Elizabeth Key line and see if I can find anything further re: Jane. How did you come across her name if you had to surmise her birthdate btw? Was it from a will or similar...?

My notes have her as 5th child and the only one without a birthdate between James born 1638 and Benjamin born 1643.
From FreeReg I have a "possible" Elizabeth Key baptized 6-5-1599 at St Michael Coslany, Norwich, the only connection being on time and place, but no progress up the Key line.
I have 5 ancestors of James Shulvard (equally unattributed to sources I'm sorry),

Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm in the process of trying to pull as many Sholvards (and variants) together from any 1500-1699 records I can. Would you like to share mutual work? I promise to provide footnotes :)

I'd be delighted - especially if it means getting some belated references on my stuff.
I have 6 word files covering what you are interested in, I can cut and paste them into a post or a PM, or if you PM me with an e:mail address, I can send them as attachments [I'd prefer this last as I will be detached from computer (in hospital) for 10 days from tomorrow morning],

There are still Shulver folks in Kenton/Debenham area of the county :)
