Hello one and all

I need your much valued help once again.  My 3 x Great Grandmother Eliza Lockwood was born in  Oakley Essex in about 1802.  She married my 3 x Great Grandfather Thomas Fellingham in Mendlesham Suffolk in 1822.  (Thomas was from there) I have great great grandfathers in the Lockwood line and most of them were born in Suffolk.  I cannot find Eliza's parents at all, having looked through the usual channels known to me.  I do feel there is a connection.  I would be so grateful if you could help.

Birth Date   26 Jan 1802...........she would have been aged 12 and 6 months old
Birthplace BARKING.......which was in Essex
Mother's Name   Martha Lockwood

There is a Barking in Suffolk too, so I guess it is that one.

I have checked Gt and Lt Oakley in Essex and no Lockwoods. Have you considered Oakley in Suffolk. near Eye.
