Title: Where is Captain John Newton (1701-1750) buried?

I'm trying to find where Capt. John Newton (b. abt 1701; d. 28 Jun 1750) is buried.  He's the father of the more famous Rev. John Newton (1725-1807), the author of Amazing Grace.  Capt. John Newton's biography is below.  He served in the Mediterranean trade until 1742.  He was the governor of York Fort in Manitoba, Canada from Aug 1748 until his death on 28 Jun 1750.  He drowned while on a swim in the Hudson Bay.

You would expect him to be buried close to the trading post. This link suggests that in 1750 it was near the mouth of the Hayes River - http://www.northamericanforts.com/Canada/mb-north.html#nelson - and called York Factory II
