Hello everyone,
I am struggling to read the name of the church on this marriage certificate and would very much appreciate your help. It looks like The ????parish Church.
The groom was from 15 Chadwick Street and the bride from 40 Silver Street if that helps.
Thank you,
Cally

Could it be a short form of Collegiate ie Manchester Cathedral ;)

I agree with Rosie -- Collegiate Church abbreviated. This was the original Parish Church of Manchester - later the 'Cathedral'.

Thank you Rosie and Pennines, that's very helpful!
best wishes,
