Title: Ronald Walker POW
Post by: David Layne on Wednesday 17 December 14 15:47 GMT (UK)
During his time as a POW my father, along with many other prisoners kept a YMCA "Wartime Log." My father's can be viewed here. http://wallyswar.wordpress.com/pow-log/

In my father's "Wartime Log" are the names of 50 prisoners (48 Airmen 2 Army.) I am endeavouring to find a photograph of each listed prisoner and in some cases more information on each individual. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My progress so far can be view here. http://wallyswar.wordpress.com/other-pows/

I have recently received a press clipping from the Doncaster Chronicle newspaper.  The clipping is of Ronald Walker who is one of the named POWs.  I understand that this is not a good copy but if someone could isolate Ronald from the text and lighten him up a little I would be most grateful.  Regards, David.

Hi David,

Finally got round to doing this one. Hopefully, there's some resemblance to the original :)
