this is a photo of my Great Grandmother she was born in 1855 I think this photo is from early 1900,s it is a very small thin picture I have enlarged it but it could do with some sharpening please

I've had a go on my ailing laptop. The enlarged image is quite heavily pixellated and the small one is too small to do much with.
Hope this is what you had in mind.

yes much clearer any chance of the hair at top of head being a little clearer?
have an album of these tiny pictures.....don't worry wont put them all on here ;D

On my bigger machine now - will see what I can do :)
If you scan again, scan at 300-600 dpi and without compression. It's better to have lots of 'dots' to work with :)
