Title: Hannah Jones granddaughter of Thomas Rowlands, Ffynonwen Uchaf
Post by: Greygirl on Friday 26 December 14 22:29 GMT (UK)
Hannah Jones b 1854 appears on 1861 and 1871 census as granddaughter of Thomas and Mary Rowlands of Ffynonwen Uchaf in Cwm Rheidol, I think this is near Ysbyty Cynfyn. Does she appear in the Ysbyty Cynfyn chapel of ease birth records? Who was her Rowland parent?
Thanks, Greygirl

Hi Shirl
I had no idea that records from Ysbyty Cynfyn were available on FreeReg.
Yes, I think this is her. Thomas and Mary had a daughter also called Mary who would have been about 20yrs old when Hannah was born and who disappeard from the family home in censuses after 1851. I couldn't find a marriage for her though.
Thank you very much
