Is anyone going to the IMuseum and reading room who would be willing to look up Isle of Man examiner birth marriages and deaths on 1st January 1954 for Millicent Sherratt, unfortunately I live in UK and am unable to visit, any help would be appreciated

The iMuseum is open Wednesday to Saturday!
But I'm not seeing anything on ManxBMD.com?
Sherratt births in 1952, 1954, 1955, 1958 and 1980, but no Millicent?
Is she still living?
Because on RootsChat you aren't allowed to name a living, or potentially living, person?

No she was born in 1888. I did a search on the newspaper and that's where I got the date from

That date from the newspaper is a Birth Announcement!
25th December at Jane Crookall Maternity Home, a boy to Eileen Joe Sherratt.
I won't mention the baby's name, but it's on ManxBMD for 1954.

Thanks for that but why when doing a search on Isle of Man examiner for Millicent does the date 1/1/1954 come up for her

It matches on Sherratt!
There is a death notice, further down the page, of a Millicent Catherine Ronan ;D
So, you have a newspaper page on which the words Millicent and Sherratt both appear.
There's a 2nd match a few days later, with pictures of the Christmas babies!
