Title: James Delaney, Honorah Tyne,
Post by: Neko on Monday 19 July 04 19:01 BST (UK)
James Delaney and Honora Tyne were born in Ireland. we don't know anything more about them, except that Honorah's father's name is said to be Hecuba Tyne-though this is a woman's name.
they had at least two children;
Ellen J. b. 1860, New Castle, Pennsylvania, USA, and a child whose name I don't know, but family say they married a Nolan.
prior to James' marriage to Honora, he married another lady whose name we don't know. James had 3 children by her;
Peter, Mary and Edward. we don't know much about them, just what the 1850 census tells us.
we'd love to hear from relatives

Hi,

Tyne was not a common surname.

There are only 2 in Clare and a handful in Tipperary in the Griffiths registation. Can't see a Hecuba though.
